When you place an order with LoveMyShoes, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking information for your order's shipment (We currently ship Monday through Friday only).
UPS Ground orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from original order date. Parcel Post (USPS) orders will arrive within 14-21 business days from original order date. If you need to make a return or exchange, we make it easy - whether you return the merchandise to a Love My Shoes store or back to shoesilove.net. Items returned to a Love My Shoes store are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return, for your return to be processed.
30 days money back on full price items. Merchandise with a price ending in a .97 cents, or .99 cents are considered sale items.
- Sale items under 20.00 are considered a final sale. Sale items over 20.00 are eligable for an exchange or a store credit only.
Any returns made after 30 days and before 60 are eligable for an exchange or store credit only. Beyond 60 days, items are considered a final sale.
We regret that we do not refund original and return shipping costs with the return.
In all scenarios, the method of payment is the method of credit. For example, if you buy with a store credit and charge additional money to your credit card, you will be refunded that particular amount back to your credit card and issued another credit.
Items returned to our brick & mortar stores are eligible for an exchange or store credits only of the value of the order before shipping with original special order and shoe box. No returns will be accepted at the brick & mortar stores without both requirements.
Items must be returned inside their original box, in their original sellable condition to avoid a ten dollar re-stocking fee. Occasionally we will send shoes in a generic white box if the original box is damaged.
