Shipping Policy
These rates apply to United States orders only.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground flat rate of $9.95 per order. Orders of $90 or more are free shipping.
USPS Priority (Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, US territory APO/FPO addresses and all US Territories)
USPS Priority flate rate of $9.95 per order. Orders of $90 or more are free shipping, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.
Estimated Delivery Times
UPS Ground orders will arrive within 7-14 business days from original order date.
Parcel Post (USPS) orders will arrive within 14-21 business days from original order date.

When you place an order with LoveMyShoes, you are emailed a confirmation of your order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking information for your order's shipment (We currently ship Monday through Friday only).
Important Shipping Notices
- UPS does not pickup on Saturdays or Sundays or on national and federal holidays.
- We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national or federal holidays) to addresses in the United States.
- We do not offer express shipping.
Return Policy
LoveMyShoes offers a reasonable policy on all returns. Returns are evaluated for evidence wear and tear.
Please take note of the following information.
- The processing of your refund or exchange may take up to (3) business weeks.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges or store credits on individual items valued at $20 or less.
- All items with a price ending in .97 cents are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for REFUND, EXCHANGE and or ANY CREDITS.
- Items under $30 and over $20 are eligible for a merchandise exchange in the same style (for another size or color) or merchandise credit.
- Items returned after 30 days and before 60 days of the special order date are eligible for merchandise exchange in the same style (for another size or color), a merchandise credit or a LoveMyShoes gift card for the amount of the order.
- After 60 days, all orders are considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange in the same style (for another size or color) or credit.
- Merchandise credits and gift certificates must be used IN FULL on any new order. Only gift cards allow you to use partial credit towards an order. If you wish to convert your gift certificate or credit to a gift card, please contact support.
- In all scenarios, the method of payment is the method of credit. For example, if you buy with a merchandise credit and charge additional money to your credit card, you will be refunded the additional money back to your card and issued another credit.
- Items returned to our brick & mortar stores are eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit only of the value of the order before shipping with original special order and shoe box. No returns will be accepted at the brick & mortar stores without both requirements.
- Items must be returned inside their original box to avoid a ten dollar re-stocking fee, unless the shoe was delivered that way. Occasionally we will send shoes in a generic white box if the original box is damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Obtain a UPS return label from our Returns Processing Center by calling 360-200-1537 or send an email to INFO@LOVEMYSHOES.COM.
- If you decide to process the return via phone, please have the special order number on-hand before calling.
- If you decide to process the return via e-mail, please include the following information in the initial email:
- The original special order number.
- Your name and shipping address.
- The last four digits of the payment method used to pay for the order.
- The item you are returning and the reason(s) for returning it.
- Indicate if this return is for a refund or an exchange for a different item.
- Our returns department will email you a pre-paid UPS return label by email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder daily if the label does not appear in your inbox.
- Package your return
according to the following instructions:

Package the item in its original shoe box bearing its brand name.
If the item was not shipped in its original box, please inform our Returns Processing Center.
Place the shoe box in a cardboard box and tape the pre-paid UPS return label emailed to you over any existing shipping label.
- We request you return the shoe box surrounded with protective packaging (popcorn, bubble wrap, etc.) instead of simply wrapping the box in paper so that we may resell the item if it is not damaged.
- Place the shipping label on the outer box. Do NOT mail the shoe back in its shoe box, or stick on/write anything on the shoe box itself. This will result in a ten dollar restocking fee.

- Failure to apply our UPS return label on the package may seriously delay the processing of the return.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for any monetary refund to appear in your account. Your bank determines how quickly funds are re-deposited back into your account.
